We are very grateful to the Royal Oak School Council and the Parent Fundraising Committee who provided the funding for this residency. We know that our students are in for an exciting week of drumming and music instruction!
3) Winter Olympics Spirit: Royal Oak School is excited that the Winter Olympics are finally here! To celebrate the start of the Olympics and the opening ceremonies we are asking that on Friday students wear red or team Canada clothing to show their support to our amazing athletes competing in Pyeong Chang. Go Team Canada!!!
5) Buddy board game: Will be happening next Wed February 14th since there is no school on Thursday. Students are being asked to bring in their favourite board game to share and teach to their grade 3 buddy.
6) No school: February 15th and 16th due to teachers convention as well as Feb 19th due to Family Day.
